I will be hosting a training day at Karrie's Pole Fit & Aerial Gym in Ripley. The training starts promptly at 11:00am with a warm-up and continues until 3:00pm.
You will be coached by Jerzy Hutchinson, a professional Aerial and Pole coach who also takes part in Aerial and Pole competitions.
You will be coached in safety with crash mats and be taught the basics from the perspective of modelling poses rather than from a pure fitness perspective.
This is not a photo shoot, it is a training day for those who are interested in learning to pose on Aerial Hoops and Pole but we will be taking some behind the scenes shots as the day progresses to record the event for you and help you remember the poses, along with the customary group shots at the end of the day.  

There are only 10 places available for this event and the cost is £40 per person payable in advance to reserve your place.
