I will be hosting a training day for new and less experienced models at Montrose Studios in Stockport. The training starts promptly at 11:30am and continues until 2:30pm and will take place in Studio 2 which has a white infinity wall and professional lighting. The studio will be open from 11am to give you a chance to meet the team, have a cuppa and get your first set of clothes ready.

You will be coached by studio co-manager Sophia who is a professional model. She will demonstrate and teach you the 12 standard poses which you can use with a range of clothing options and for a range of themed shoots.
You will be shot individually in rotation by myself and my colleague H from Glam media as the rest of the group watches and learns from the model being coached. For this shoot, we recommend you bring up to three sets of clothes, for instance, formal dress, casual wear and lingerie/boudoir style if you so wish. If time allows there will also be some group shots at the end of the session.

Up to 14 days after the shoot, you will be provided with one set of images from each of us with the two best images from each pose. You will therefore get 48 professionally edited images for your portfolio.
Montrose studio is easy to find, has free parking, a private changing room, a makeup area, tea and coffee making facilities and a friendly team of staff, you will be well looked after. Although the main studio has 25 sets, please note for the training we will be focussing on posing with controlled light so you will be shot in Studio 2 with the white wall, not the themed sets.  

There are only 12 places available for this event and the cost is £100 per person. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your place and the £50 balance payable by 1 September by bank transfer. This price includes training for 12 standard poses and 48 professionally taken and edited images.
Please note the training starts promptly at 11:30am and you will gain the most out of this session if you arrive with your hair and makeup done.
